The Living Lens blog has been a bit quite of late! Winter is a slow time for weddings, so we have take the opportunity to have a little relaxation time.
We headed north to sunny Brisvegas to visit Pete’s family and also took a trip to Toowoomba to visit the talented Matt & Katie from Shadowplay. It was a awesome day “talking shop” with them both, and they even asked us to do an impromptu photo shoot! Heaps of fun and I cant wait to see the final results!
Port Douglas was our next stop for a week of relaxation and fun with the family. Pete has bought a new camera which he was keen to try out on a Save The Date for my newly engaged sister Sarah and my soon to be brother-in-law Marcus. Stay tuned!
We are back to reality of Melbourne winter (brrrrr!) and looking forward to summer and the next wedding season.

but modelling for photos is actually much harder than it looks!! The lovely Jess from J-Studios was kind enough to take some portrait photos of us in Wattle Park in Box Hill. I have driven past this place so many times and I never realised what a little wild bush land it was right in the city!
